Let’s Talk
Got a question? Found something that needs fixing? Just want to say hi? I’d genuinely love to hear from you.
This site is a one-person operation (hi, I’m John), so while I can’t always respond instantly, I do read every single message—and I mean that.
Things I Love Hearing About
Seriously, these messages make my day:
Questions about getting started. Confused about something? Not sure which company to try first? Ask away—that’s exactly why I built this site.
Topic suggestions. Is there something you wish I’d covered? A company you want reviewed? A question you can’t find the answer to? Tell me. Reader suggestions often turn into my next articles.
Your mystery shopping stories. Landed a great shop? Had a frustrating experience? Figured out a trick that works for you? I love hearing how it’s going out there in the real world.
Corrections and updates. The mystery shopping industry changes fast. If you spot something outdated or incorrect, please let me know so I can fix it. You’d be doing me—and every other reader—a favor.
Just saying hi. Sometimes people email just to say the site helped them. Those messages genuinely make the work feel worthwhile.
A Quick Note
I wish I could help with everything, but there are a few things that fall outside what I’m able to do:
I can’t assign mystery shops or get you into any company’s program—I’m just an educational resource, not a mystery shopping company myself. I also can’t resolve disputes you might have with a company or give you legal or tax advice (I’m not qualified for that, and you deserve someone who is).
But if you’re not sure whether your question fits? Go ahead and ask anyway. Worst case, I’ll point you in a better direction.
